I just encountered a strange problem. After adding around 200 new links and pressing the Build All link, the script begins to build but the transmission (to the right admin frame) stops at 3 k ... and all internet transmissions stop (when the number of my links was under 70 everything worked fine). The same occurs in both staggered modes. After reconnecting to my ISP it seems that all the pages have been build correctly...any idea?

Probably due to the time that it is taking to build the larger number of links. Most ISP set activity levels from seconds to minutes. Probably, you were disconnected due to "inactivity" and also the longer time the build all was taking....

One solution...use telnet...which is faster.

I have over 2,400 links with 397 categories, and it takes less than a minute to build my directory, which also contains many Mods and add-ons in the nph-build.cgi script.
