I have been running Links with no problem for about 4 months now but today I am getting Internal Server Errors when I try to access anything!
The log says: Too many open files: couldn't spawn child process

Is this a problem with my host server or is there something I should be looking for in Links?

Nope, haven't touched it lately other then adding new entries and rebuiding.
It turns out that my host is having problems after someone experimented with auto responders so it looks like it is probably a server problem and not Links (hopefully).
