I installed Links 2.0 today, and have successfully tested most components (Verify doesn't like our perl 5.003, though) However, the Add a Resource page produces the following error:

However, the entered record does appear in the Admin screens, and can be validated or deleted OK. What is needed to avoid the error message?

Without really knowing what it does, I tried commenting out the "use Socket;" line in mailer.pm, but then the add.cgi just froze. Still stuck.
