I switched hosts and I saved link.db hoping that I don't have to make the some 100 links over again manually in the admin area. Question: Can I simply replace the links.db file (with no links) to my links.db that I saved and the links will show up fine? Will this only work if I already have all the categories made?

Replace all files in the /data directory - that should work fine.

You can't see the big "Reply" button at the top right of every message?
