Even tho i rate pages and stufff there is nothing showing in the top rated page
why is that ?
can anyone help me out to figure out why the rated links don't show up in the top rated page ?

The pages only shows up when they had a minimum of 10 votes.

You can manualy edit the links.db file so that there are a few site's with 10 votes.
Your rating page isn't empty then.

so each site has to have at least 10 votes to make it in the top rated page ?

please explain to me how do the top rated pages work...

That is correct. A link must have ten votes before it shows up in the top rated page.

The last 2 fields in de links.db file are the ones for the rating.
first the average points, like 8.02, then the total amount of votes.
