What are the most important files to backup Links? I just don't want to spend too much time backing up the entire Links directory. Just the important files, so in case there is a hard disk failure, the backup files can be use to re-create the entire site in a jiffy. Any ideas?

Not to many really,
site_html.pl --> all your web sites' html.
links.cfg --> you may want this if you added anything
all your data files in your /admin/data dir. You dont want to loose these!
links.def --> I would back this up if you added anything.
The rest can be replaced by downloading links, and then uploading the missing files.
