I had everything set up, only thing was add.cgi didn't work becuase i forgot to fill in my email address, so i went and and fixed that and now i get this error when i try to go to admin.cgi:
Error including libraries: syntax error at links.cfg line 95, near "$build_index = "index"
(Might be a runaway multi-line "" string starting on line 72)
Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.</noscript>
