Protect dir????
Hi all;
I have my script running, but I am having problem how to protect my admin.cgi?
I have created this:
/dir/
user scritps..
/../admin/
admin.cgi and scripts...
The dir is in cgi-bin directory, therefore, I can not list anything in any directory within cgi-bin. I can not get to the index.shtml, because the permission.
Can anyone tell me how to protect my admin.cgi? I can not telnet, just only ftp throught standard UNIX.

Thanks for any help.

For people that only have FTP access, I usually suggest Alex's FileMan program. There is a 'pass' function that will allow you to password protect any directory on your web site.
