When I log in to:

this is what happens:
Error including libraries: Can't locate /directory/links/admin/db.pl in @INC (@INC contains: /web/guide/organizedbambino/directory/links/admin /usr/libdata/perl5/i386-bsdos/5.00402 /usr/libdata/perl5 /usr/libdata/perl5/site_perl/i386-bsdos /usr/libdata/perl5/site_perl /usr/libdata/perl5/site_perl/i386-bsdos/include .) at /web/guide/organizedbambino/directory/links/admin/admin.cgi line 28.

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

What should I do?

I betcha the problem is with tags that you are using in the category.html page.

You need to change the permission of your /data/hits/ and /data/rates/ directories to 777 (drwxrwxrwx) or 766 (drwxrw-rw-) depending on the preferred permissions of your server.

P L E A S E read the README file since permissions are clearly outlined in this file.
