Please Help
I am new with CGI, I got through everything until this poped up... any ideas??

Error including libraries: syntax error at admin/links.cfg line 164, near "$time = &Time::Loc"
(Might be a runaway multi-line LL string starting on line 137)

Did you edit the links.cfg file? I would double check the lines around where the error message is occurring.
