I´ve a big DB using Links Script, at my personal web server (MS) it work fine (about 13Mb of pages using only templates -biteme- but when I trie to run the script at Virtualave.net (only with stagged auto) some subcategories are ignore and others are multiplied, I´ve made a mistake or something is happen with a big DB (14000 links)??

The problem is with the size of your database file, which is WAY too large to run on a virtual account.

Couple of suggestions...

1) Upgrade to LINKS SQL.
2) Get a Dedicated Server.

Running files locally on a large drive is NOT the same with running your site on a virtual account with many restrictions with CPU usage and memory usage and bandwidth usage.
