Links 2.0 Question
Hello,

Currently I have Links 2.0 installed on my website and the database file is getting to big.

I'm not making any $$$ of the website and I'm still in high school so I cant affort the $450 linksSQL.

What Can I do? Are their any Mods that can help me?

Thanks Smile

Most likely not...unless you reduce the amount of data in some of your fields...other than that, it is recommended that you use a SQL app solution. While LINKS SQL is a great product, it ain't the only one that uses SQL database storage applications (like SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).

Thanks

I'll just have to remove this service from my website.

Thanks Again

Well, one thing you can try to do is install the External Text Mod, written for DBMAN, but portable to Links 2.0, although by doing this, whatever field you decide to be externally stored in separate text files will not be searchable.
