I am curious as to why my sub-categories don't come up when I do a keyword search with a word I know is in one of them. HelP!

Uh...as mentioned MANY times, the search.cgi ONLY searches through the links.db...that is why the CATEGORY field is referenced in the search results...but the search.cgi does NOT search through the categories.db...I betcha that the "subcategories" that are not "showing" up are NOT associated with any links in your database.

You are correct, they do not have links in them yet. So you are saying that, until they do, they will not show up. Please forgive me if my questions seems simple. I am totally new at all of this and just trying to learn. Thanks.
