I'm trying to install links on my site to see if it's something that I can use, and Im pretty sure I did everything correctly (well obviously I didnt :P), but I keep getting this error when I try going to the admin page:

First it tries to download admin.cgi, then when I tell it to open it, it this:

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

any ideas wot I did wrong?
