WHERE the hell is this file? I think I might have a retarted ISP or maybe I am just retarted, but i am trying to create the .htpasswd file and everywhere I look they say i need to run the command HTPASSWD from a telnet session. When I type it in it comes back as an invalid command. My ISP is running Linux with apache. Where am I supposed to run this damn file from?

htpasswd -c .htpasswd USERNAME <enter>
