File names / Lost files

File names / Lost files
The first UNZIP program failed to set up a files tree. The second truncated all file names to 8 characters. So I got a new one from SimTel. Still lots of truncated names (think I have repaired *most* by hand).
There are though still missing files:
Get a "Can't locate HTTP/Request.pm" and I have nothing like that.
Anyone got a FULL FILE LIST with a TREE?
Otherwise it loaded and runs like a dream! Thanks

HTTP/Request.pm is a program that is installed when Perl is installed. If Links cannot locate it, your ISP may have installed Perl incorrectly or you may be pointing to the wrong version of Perl in your scripts.

Many thanks the explanation -the check works by a default route as well, so ...
My point about files remains I am *not* sure I have un-truncated all the names (and returned all the upper case characters). I also have two files that came out as *site_htm.pl*, they both claim (in commented text within them) to be the true *site_html.pl*. One is 15.9K the other 36.2K.
I saw someone else asking if it were not possible to have a file list.
Thanks again.

Okay, here is the complete archive list of Links v2, as contained in links2.zip as of March 23, 1999. It contains, left to right, the permissions (chmod number in parenthesis), the size of the file in bytes (after upload in ASCII, except for background.gif which is uploaded in binary), and the file name. The asterisk (*) at the end of the file name indicates it is an executable script.

Great!!
Thanks, am sure I can now complete the 'mending'.
Most impressed with how it works already though.
