Hi,
I am getting an error when I go to add a topic, as part of the testing that the README file details to make sure you've installed everything correctly.
This is the error:

Error Message : fatal error: Can't locate Time/Local.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/distryl/links/admin /usr/local/lib/perl5/i386-bsdos/5.00404 /usr/local/lib/perl5 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/i386-bsdos /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/distryl/links/admin/links.cfg line 160.

Perl Version : 5.00404
This happens when I type in a link, and all the required information, and hit the "Add Link" button.
I have step-by-step made sure about 50 times the permissions are right, I've even reinstalled everything a few times. Everything is a-ok. I would really appreciate any suggestions about this. Thanks.
