This Error Message comes up once I try, for the first time to set up Links, to access admin.cgi:

Error including libraries: syntax error at links.cfg line 56, near "http:"

Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

So whats wrong here?

Doublecheck your links.cfg I think it's typo in URL.
