I'm getting the following error
Error Message : Can't increment counter file '/2'. Reason: Permission denied
What should i do ?
The server is a cobalt raq 3
The data dir and and Rating dir are chmoded 777
the files inside are 666 the files in the data dir are 666
all cgis are 755
this error is generated by rate.cgi
also everytime i try to modify a link or something i get
'Yes' as the default Rating even thought i'm not even using Yes in the script as no default or anything
and the Links.def if perfectly fine.

Sounds like you added or deleted a field(s) in the links.def file without updating your links.db file.

i deleted the entire database and added new links but it still doesnt work
