Double slash in link

Double slash in link
After finishing build in admin (first cat and link) I click "Home". When I now click Add I get this path: http://my.server/cgi-bin/links//add.cgi
How can I take out the double slash.

do any of your URL/paths have trailing slashes in links.cfg, specificly $db_cgi_url?

Just to clarify, in links.cfg where you entered your path and url info, it should be like so:

and NOT with a slash at the end, like so:

The script inserts that slash automatically, so if you put one there, you'll end up with two.

I checked and doublechecked. The paths in links.cfg is without a trailing slash (/).

I saw a copy of his links.cfg, and it is configured correctly. The double slashes only appear for items in the public cgi area (search, add, etc). Any ideas out there?

I deleted all files and started from scratch.
Now I have no double slash (//) in the paths Smile, but I can't open add.cgi. Not from clicking the link or typing the address manually Frown The other cgi's open fine.

Re: [Bacchus] Double slash in link - Solved In reply to
The problem was my browser. This error only showed up using MyIE2 (www.myie2.com) When I went back to MSIE everything worked OK.

Thank you PerlFlunkie. You pointed me in the right direction.
