Configuration Error

Configuration Error
I can't seem to get past the Build All. I've read all these posts and can't quite figurte this one out. I'm not normally this dense or blind, as I am sure it's something I'm overlooking, maybe I'm looking too hard.

The error I get when I Build All is as follows:

Configuration Error

The server encountered an error while processing your request.

The referring document was:
http://madcow.he.net/cgi-bin/suid/cap7980/links/admin/admin.cgi?display=navigation

The failed request was: http://madcow.he.net/cgi-bin/suid/cap7980/links/admin/nph-build.cgi

Please contact the administrator of the referring document and inform them of the time the error

Your server may not allow nph files to be executed via your web browser. Read the FAQs in the Resource Center.

Or simply try renaming the nph-build.cgi file to build.cgi.
