I think I'm close on my installation but can't see my links page. I get an error saying I don't have "permission on this server".
I have permissions set as per the ReadMe file. I can access my admin page and build pages.

My basic layout is www.mydomain/cgi-bin/links/admin

Any thoughts will be appreciated.

I bet you put your "pages" directory in your cgi-bin. bad idea. put it under your cgi-bin and try again.
