I just installed links according to installation guide from readme file but I can not open admin.cgi. I am using my IP address (http://64.6.226.100/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi) to set up everything because my domain name is not yet fully functional. Can anyone help me?

1) Make sure that the permission of this file is 755 (rwxrwxrwx).

2) Make sure that you have the correct Perl path in the first line of this file.

3) Make sure that you have the correct ABSOLUTE path to your links.cfg file in the require line for links.cfg.
