I don't know why this comes up, I checked and checked again to see that the paths were right, that I set permissions properly, and that I uploaded ASCII formatt. Here's the error on the nph-build.cgi file...

Content-type: text/plain Error including libraries: (Maybe you didn't strip carriage returns after a network transfer?) Make sure they exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly.

What do I do??

This means something was ftp'd in BINARY mode. Make sure you transfer all your files in ASCII mode! Don't trust your ftp's program auto-detect, send everything in ASCII.
