My server is giving me an error when I try to do a build all. This is the thrid time I've installed links, and I've always gotten an error when I try to visit admin.cgi for the first time, something different now, go figure... I've checked my permissions and uploaded in ASCII. Take a look: http://www.eachandevery.com/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi. What could the problem be?

The only problem I saw was when trying to build.

It could be that your server is one of those that doesn't allow nph files to run from the web. try building from telnet.
