Bin Laden against my categories???

It's incredibile!
I open mi admin menu, select "add categories".
I don't write anything over the "ID" number, but I put the "name", "description" and click "add".
Then I stagger everything and go to the Home Page, and... Unsure

THE LINKS INDEX.HTML PUTS THE ID NUMBER AND NOT THE NAME of the category!
Can somebody help me?

No, I didn't.
Should I play with those files?
May be the ISP did it.
What can I check in them?

Ok, when you open up links.db what are the first few lines you see? Post a couple of lines here so we can see where the error is happening. It sounded like someone had played with links.def or nph-build.cgi Frown

I could alway be wrong though Wink

As you can se, some cgi writes the ID number in the "category" field. The first record contains "Chiesa" because I wrote "Chiesa" in the ID number for your analisys.
Any suggestions?

I'm assuming that you dont already have it working on your site properly (in a functioning directory). Maybe you could post a URL to your admin.cgi file, or possibly just PM me the URL of it so I can have a look.
