CGI ERROR

i have this error during Building, i could figure out the exact file or folder and what permission i must set to solve this error. please help.

Look in the Links -> FAQ section in the Resources section of this web site where file/folder permissions is linked...

i'm having the same problem... i have double checked every CHMOD and they are all correct but i am still getting the permission denied on my nph-build.cgi...
what else can i try???
