MY Admin Control panel doesn't work. it won't let me do anything, try it out

I still have the problem though

MY control panel duplicate itself when I try to add a category, could someone give me some insight?

What do you mean when you can't add categories? I went to view list of categories and there was one there... If your trying to see it on the main page you have to rebuild for it to show up...
