I am trying to install links but i get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

what can i do to fix it

Check your .htaccess file to make sure that you did not inadvertantly make any changes that would disallow .cgi scripts to execute in that directory.

Also, contact your hosting company to make sure they have not made any permission changes.
