10060 -- Connection Timed Out



i get this message when clicking on verify links (nph-verify.cgi) from the admin page... what could be the problem?

Depending on the number of links in your database file and also the maximum amount of time that your hosting company allows you to execute scripts (usually set to a max of 30 seconds), then the error indicates that the script is timing out.

This problem has been posted before (most recently in the Links 2.0 Discussion forum...search for nph verify in that forum).
