Very New at this, could someone explain the reasons behind.
Meta Desc/Keywords, and Header/Foot. For the Add Category. I don't see where they play an impact on adding nothing or adding something (whatever that may be).

The Meta fields create meta tags in your Category Pages.

For the Header and Footer fields, you add file names and extensions, like the following:

Then upload the header.html and footer.html files to your templates directory. Now you can have header and footer sections in your Category pages.
