"no data in directory" on build

"no data in directory" on build
I have been testing the links admin functions, including build, and, until now, everything worked fine.

Now when I try to build I get an popup alert that says "no data in directory".

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I have been staring at the monitor too long.

The error message wes "document contains no data".

Some modification you have made in either admin.cgi or, more likely, admin_html.pl, is not correct and, therefore, cannot produce any results. Double-check anything you have changed to make sure the syntax is correct.

I uploaded the original unmodified admin.cgi and admin_html.pl but I still get the error.

Any other ideas?

What is it that you are trying to do when the error occurs? Do you have access to your server's error logs to see if there is anything in them that will point you to the problem?

It works now. I replaced the links.cfg with the backup one and reset the paths.

P.S. Do you know how to get includes to work in the templates?
