Turn off "Use ISS Headers" in Links.cfg files and see if that eliminates the problem.

Lyonlim, you are loosing a bunch of visitors. You are not allowing anyone using Netscape, the prefered bowser, used my over 60% of the web. I suggest that you make your site usable by netscape users.
