I am trying to run the Links script through Hypermart and I receive this error alot, especially when I try to add a category. Anyone have any idea what this error usually means? Is it me or the Hypermart server that's having difficulties? I appreciate any input. Thanks!

Error is as follows:

couldn't spawn child process:
/data1/hypermart.net/rsdaware/cgi-bin/links/admin/admin.cgi
