"Premature end of script headers"
We are in the process of switching hosting providers, and I'm getting this error message on the add.cgi, modify.cgi, etc. scripts.

Premature end of script headers: /home/usr56/html/links/add.cgi

I have checked the path in all .cgi files as well as the links.cfg file. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Were the scripts all uploaded to the new site as ASCII? Did the path to perl change for the scripts when you switched servers?

Yes, all were loaded in ASCII. Yes, the path to perl did change, but I had made all adjustments already.

We have been having trouble with our mail server. Our new host told us the problem was with UUnet.

The scripts started working, out of the clear blue, and then stopped. They have worked intermittently throughout the afternoon since we became a squeaky wheel with our new host. The site seems to bounce back and forth between old and new servers. Crazy!

I guess I need to put this on hold until we get a better picture with our new host of what might be happening.

Thanks for your response. We're terribly frustrated at this point in time.
