"New" Page Building Error - Illegal Characters
Using Links 1.11. Will not build directories....says CGI Error: No such file or directory. MSG: Invalid directory name /data1/hypermart.net/battlecreek/pages/New. Reason: Contains illegal characters. It builds the home page, index.html, but errors out after that. I can't seem to locate the illegal characters though. HELP! Thanks in advance.

My subdomain is at: http://battlecreek.hypermart.net
nph-build.cgi is in the admin directory

See www.gossamer-threads.com/scripts/faq/db.cgi/default.htm?view_records=1&ID=4&format=long&sb=5&Product=Links&ww=1 and pay particular attention to the note at the bottom concerning sites like hypermart.net.

I hope this helps.

Thank you. Adding the (.) peroid to the allowable directory characters did the trick. My links now works...am very excited.
