When attempting to add a link through the user interface, the following error appears:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@pm-systems.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

At the present time I do not have sendmail setup, is that causing this problem? Also, I have changed the path for the built pages, but that function is working correctly. Please help. Thanks!

Yes that's most likely your problem, if you want it to work and not send email, just comment out
# Send the admin an email message notifying of new addition.
&send_email;
in your add.cgi, put that like this,
# Send the admin an email message notifying of new addition.
# &send_email;
PS. You may also want to do the same to modify.cgi,
