I installing Links without encounter anykind of problems(beware to put correct mode for files and folders, usually at the begginning i put all on 777)

all problems i have come when i try to modify the template(because i translate all in French), I use Go live or Dream weaver and apparently this programs add some tags and "links" don't like this, when I build i get error, when I adding link, nothing happened(no links was created), but if you do all change with a text editor like NOTEPAD.exe everything works PERFECTLY, I want to post this message because of this silly things , I search my error during long Hours and i want to share this , with your,
