an error message shows up when trying to validate links, the new validated links are not added:

Have you edited admin_html.pl? Have you edited any of the field names like Contact Email in the links.def??? If so, then you need to edit the sub html_validate_email routine in the admin_html.pl since Contact Email is hard-coded in that sub.
