I've heard that Links doesn't support having categories with-in categories? Is this true? If not, how deep can they go (i.e. can I have categories within categories within categories?)

Also, apart from being required to link back to this site, are there any dis-advantages to using the free version for non-profit organizations?

Anyone know about my second question (about non-profit use)?

The scripts are the same between the free version and commercial registration. However, by purchasing a commerical copy of LINKS, you get priority customer service from Gossamer-Threads and you also do not have to provide a link back to Gossamer-Threads.
