Several people have asked about changing their files to shtml so they can use includes. The answer has always been to change it, rebuild, then delete all the .html files. Of course this can be quite a process. While out troling for a script, I noticed that freescripts.com has a rename script that can change all your .html files to .shtml. I haven't used it myself so I can't vouch for it, but thought I'd pass on the URL to anyone who may be interested:
