Hello,

I left my "new" setting at 14 days, so today is the 15th day. When I rebuilt the whole thing just now, I have 15 "new" pages listed and all the sites which should have no longer been "new", still are. Did I miss something here? Shouldn't there only ever be 14 "new" pages since I set my cutoff to 14? And obviously I must delete the old pages that are out of date, correct? This whole thing is great but I'm confused about this "new" part of it.

What date is showing for one of the new links on the New page?

The url to the site is http://destiney.com/

I don't understand what you mean, each day a new "new" page is made. I thought after it reached the cutoff it would stop listing anything but the last 14 days, but it's not, there are 15 days on the list.

Is there a way to index archived "What's New" pages. I noticed that after 14 days the older What's New pages disappear from the index. I would like to provide my web visitors with an archive of updates. I know that I could probably do this manually.

But is there a mod or sub-routine that could accomplish this goal???

Sure, in links.cfg, set the New Page setting to like a million or something, in mine it is at line #91 in the code, set this to a huge number and rest assured you'll have an archive automatically created, make it look like this:

$db_new_cutoff = 100000; # 100000 days old.

Then rebuild...

Nice try. However, by increasing that number it will also affect the identification of actual links within the LINKS2 program. That means that all my links added to the database will be shown as new forever. What I am looking for is a way to only archive the What's New Pages.
