I have over 2000 html pages with
approx 24,000 links.

Anyone suggest a good way to import all
this data into "links" ?

The only good thing I can see is that all
the links on these pages have a similar format but to make things worse they
are in catagories and sub catagories

The easiest suggestion is to create an Excel spreadsheet...input your link information, then use the Bulkload Mod in the Resource Center to import your links into the delimited flat file structure.

Then purchase the SQL license, and use the upgrade script to upgrade from standard LINKS to the SQL version.
