invalid date format: . Reason: unkown month:

Please Help!.
Here is my question?
When i goto run nph-build.cgi i get this error below:

Building What's New Page . . .
CGI Error: No such file or directory
Message: fatal error: invalid date format: . Reason: unkown month:

What could be wrong with the date format?
But i did make a new links.db and it work just fine.( That's with out any ads in the links.db)

But when i added a new ad, and then Validate it,and then ran the build.cgi, i get that error above.

So what do you think could be the problem?
I hope you can help.
