header files in cats, but not displaying head.txt

Hi All,

Having probs,

I want a banner to display under a certain category/s ive created the header file and inserted this into the category, and also inserted
Code:
<%if header%>
<%header%>
<%endif%>
as expalined in http://www.gossamer-threads.com/...ew=&sb=&vc=1

the problem is all my pages already have a the <%include header.txt%> tag, so i will get the header twice.

Can i add a statement to only show one and how would i do this??

The best thing to do is use the Multiple Category Template Mod that is linked in the Resource Center and also in a couple Threads in the Links 2.0 Customization Forum.
