I've searched on everything I can think of here, to no avail. It appears that when I delete a category from admin(even if it's empty), the actual pages don't get deleted from the server, but sit there. A deleted category is obviously no longer in the dbase but the files created remain. Or I imagining this? I have a fairly small database which is starting to take up a lot of space with these dead files. Solution? Or am I confused?

Yes...Links2 does not automatically delete files when you delete categories/links..you must do it manually!

Easiest solution we have found is to delete the links-pages directory from the server then create a new folder chmod it to 777 then do a rebuild and all the old pages - categories are gone.
