can't find sendmail!

can't find sendmail!
Have just installed Links 2.0 (successfully), and tried a test email. However, got the following error message. I have set the sendmail stuff correctly in the config file, so what have I done wrong please?

Error Message : Unable to init mailer! Reeason: Sendmail was not defined or not found: usr/sbin/sendmail
Script Location : nph-email.cgi
Perl Version : 5.006

You need a forward slash at the beginning
