okay..

everytime nph-build.cgi is executed, it will build a directory, if it's not exist on the server.

instead of checking the directory existence, i also need, the nph-build.cgi to build this file (ex. test.html) if it doesn't exist on the current directory.

i hope you can understand that, because my english is not really that well.
