Hello all
I just installed a mod and when I tried to run a "Staggered", my browser offered me to download the build-nph instead of executing it. After that, I undid all my actions and uploaded the previous page and still, nph build doesn't executing.
What do I do?

Did you re-upload the original nph-build.cgi file to see if it works?

BTW: Bugs or problems with Mods should be posted in the Modification Forum...not in this forum.

At this point, I would recommend contacting your hosting company...they have probably made some changes in your account that does not allow this file to execute due to excessive use of CPU and Memory.

Yes! I did... I placed all the original files back, but now nph-build doesn't work. I even downloaded Links 2.0 nph-build.cgi file and uploaded it, and it still doesn't work...
What do I do?

The problem could be is that your server does not allow execution of nph files via the web browser...there is a FAQ in the Resource Center that discusses how to edit nph files to work.

I had the same problem too.

Simply upload the original site_html_templates.pl

I applied the Snap mod must have affected this file also. :-(

(BTW - its not always the host!! ;-))

No, it isn't, but when people describe having difficulties using nph files or building their index, it typically does have something to do with the server configurations, which on virtual accounts YOU CANNOT change.
