bizarre thing.
there are 30 links with ispopular=yes.
I set them to No
I view links.db, it's ok
When I do Build all, BAM, here are my 30 ispop=yes again.

Any clue?

That field is automatically updated by the number of hits and $db_popular_cutoff. So, manually setting that field to No will change. You need to edit the above variable in the links.cfg file.

Well, It changes, I agree, but this bizarre subsists.
The Build all undo all the changes I did.

As Eliot has already indicated: manually changing these settings does not change anything. You have to edit $db_popular_cutoff in the links.cfg file.

I edited links.cfg and set $db_popular_cutoff='No'

Now, the what's cool page only contains the links in which the field IsPop=Yes.
Actually I got 1 Ispop=Yes out of 400 ispop=No

So I set a few others to ispop=Yes using Modify Link command. It worx. A search based on criteria Ispop=Yes gives out 5 links.
Ok

Now I do Build all command, to build the web pages.

Well, the What's cool page shows 1 link, and the search on criteria ispop=Yes also.

What's wrong?

So which part of that says you can use 'NO' ?
